Shipping — New York

This product contains creatine and is not shipped to New York addresses. New York General Business Law §391-oo restricts the sale to anyone under eighteen of certain dietary supplements, and it names creatine among the substances a court is directed to consider. Whether a product falls inside the statute turns on how it is represented, not only on what is in it. For a delivery sale it requires an adult signature and a valid government-issued photo identification at the door. Standard parcel service does not offer that, so we exclude New York from the shipping zone for this product rather than take an order we cannot lawfully deliver. Checkout will not complete to a New York address for this item. Every bundle containing Base Work carries the same restriction; Under Load, Night Work and The Two, Without Creatine ship to New York normally.

This bundle is fulfilled as its component items. The component codes are carried in the product code field exactly as our manufacturer requires them.

Dispatch

This product has not begun shipping. Orders are queued and dispatched in the order received, once our manufacturer releases the first production run. If we cannot ship your order within thirty days of receiving it, we will email you before that deadline with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a prompt and full refund; if you do not expressly agree to the delay, the order is cancelled and refunded. That is the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 CFR §435.2, and we follow it. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
