1. Seller of record

Frontier Visions LLC 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801 United States support@taketare.com

TARE is a brand of Frontier Visions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Frontier Visions LLC is who takes your money, holds your email address, answers your support message and issues your refund. A brand whose whole argument is that you can check its numbers does not get to be anonymous about who is selling them to you.

Your order is made, packed and shipped for us by a contract manufacturer in Lawrenceville, Georgia. They fulfil; we sell and stand behind it. Every question goes to us, not to them — including questions about the box, the carrier and the tracking.

2. How to reach us

Email: support@taketare.com — for orders, refunds, subscriptions, shipping, product questions, privacy requests and adverse events. One address, every subject. A person answers.

Post: Frontier Visions LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

There is no phone line and no chat widget. We would rather answer properly in writing than badly in real time, and a written answer is one you can hold us to.

3. Response times

Within one business day, and a person answers. TARE is a small US company; you are writing to the people who run it. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

4. Report a problem with a product — adverse events

If you have a reaction to this product, stop taking it. For a medical emergency, call 911.

To report a side effect or a serious adverse event to us:

  • Email support@taketare.com, subject line ADVERSE EVENT, or
  • Write to Frontier Visions LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

Please include: the product name, the lot number and expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle, the date and time you took it, how much you took, what happened, and how to reach you.

We are required to forward serious adverse event reports to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. You may also report directly to the FDA — www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088 — and you do not need our permission or involvement to do so.

A "serious adverse event" means one that results in death, a life-threatening experience, inpatient hospitalisation, a persistent or significant disability or incapacity, a congenital anomaly or birth defect, or one that requires medical or surgical intervention to prevent any of those.

5. What to include in any other message

Your order number if you have one, and what you want to happen. That is enough. We do not require a form, an RMA number, a photograph, or a reason.

6. What we cannot do

  • We cannot give medical advice. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or

nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.

  • We cannot tell you which lot is in your jar. TARE is fulfilled by a contract

manufacturer and never takes possession of inventory, so we cannot connect a published certificate to the individual bottle you received. We do not claim per-lot traceability. The certificates we hold, and what each does and does not cover, are published at taketare.com/testing.

  • We cannot change an address once an order is released to fulfilment. See

our Shipping Policy §7 for what happens instead.

7. Privacy requests

Requests to see, correct, delete or export your personal information go to support@taketare.com. We respond within 30 days, and in practice within one business day. You do not need an account, a form, or a reason. Full terms in our Privacy Policy.
