Terms of service

Terms of Service — TARE

Frontier Visions LLC · 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 · support@taketare.com

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Frontier Visions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as TARE. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Who may buy

Products are dietary supplements for adults 18 and over, intended for use as labeled. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18. Some products carry further restrictions — see §6 and our Shipping Policy §5 for the New York restriction on Base Work.

3. What is in them, and which document governs

  • Under Load — bovine collagen peptides, Type I and III, one ingredient, unflavoured.
  • Base Work — creatine monohydrate, one ingredient, unflavoured.
  • Night Work — magnesium glycinate, in a capsule.

The full ingredient statement for each is on its own label, and the label is the document that governs. Where this site and the label differ on a figure, the label is right and the site is wrong; tell us and we will fix the site.

Where the site and the label differ on purpose. Under Load's Supplement Facts panel states a 10 g serving — two 5 g scoops, 35 servings to the tub. The protocol described elsewhere on this site is 15 g, three scoops, taken 30 to 60 minutes before training on training days, which is a larger dose than the panel's serving and gets 23 uses out of a tub rather than 35. That is deliberate, and it is a directions statement, not a serving declaration. Read the limits with it: the trial behind it compared 5 g against 15 g in eight healthy men, measured one blood marker, and not a tendon; 30 g produced nothing beyond 15 g; a 2024 meta-analysis found no significant effect on strength; no trial shows a reduced injury rate and we do not claim one.

Magnesium, if you are stacking. Night Work supplies 275 mg of elemental magnesium per three-capsule serving. It is the only supplemental magnesium in this line — nothing else we sell contains any — so taking all three products leaves 75 mg of headroom under the 350 mg tolerable upper intake level for supplemental magnesium. Treat that headroom as already spoken for: a multivitamin, a greens powder or an electrolyte drink can use it up on its own, and none of them will tell you it did. Count what you already take before you add ours, and talk to a physician first if you already supplement magnesium.

4. Prices, errors and availability

Prices and availability may change. We try hard to price and describe accurately, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with an obviously incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you why. We will not substitute a different product without asking you first.

5. Orders, acceptance and fulfilment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation, not when you press the button and not when the card is authorised. Until then we may decline the order — for a pricing error, a restricted destination, stock we do not have, or a suspected fraudulent transaction — and refund anything taken.

Orders are packed and shipped by our contract manufacturer. Fulfilment timings, carriers and destination limits are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Health and safety; dietary supplement disclaimers

\*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical

condition, or take medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

  • Not for children. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Night Work carries a California Proposition 65 reproductive-harm warning, printed

on its label and disclosed on its product page before purchase.

  • Base Work is not sold to New York addresses. See our Shipping Policy §5.
  • These are foods, not medicines. No dietary supplement is FDA approved — ours

included — and we do not describe any product as FDA approved, FDA registered, or clinically proven.

  • If you have a reaction, stop taking it and contact us. Reporting details are in

our Contact Information page §4.

7. Certificates and testing

Every certificate of analysis we hold is published at taketare.com/testing, transcribed row by row rather than summarised, with the name of the laboratory that produced it and a plain statement of what it does and does not cover. We hold no third-party certification — not NSF, not Informed Sport, not USP — and there is no facility badge on this store. We do not offer per-lot traceability and we do not claim it: TARE never takes possession of inventory, so we cannot connect a published certificate to the individual bottle you received.

8. Intellectual property

The TARE name, the site's text, photography, layout and code are owned by Frontier Visions LLC. You may quote us with attribution — including quoting us against ourselves. You may not copy the site wholesale, use the TARE name on your own products, or present our certificate transcriptions as your own testing.

9. Prohibited use and resale

Products are sold for personal use. No resale, no repackaging, no listing on a marketplace, and no export for commercial distribution without our written agreement. We may limit or refuse quantities that look like resale.

10. Subscriptions

If you subscribe, our Subscription Policy forms part of these terms and governs renewal, notice, and cancellation.

11. Refunds

our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The Standard Guarantee — 30 days from delivery, one email, full refund of the purchase price, nothing to send back — is a contractual promise, not a courtesy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are supplied as described on their labels. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the express promises in these policies, we make no other warranty.

Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where the law does not permit that limit — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state or country.

13. Indemnity

If you resell or repackage our products in breach of §9, you are responsible for any claim that arises from what you did with them.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms, and there is no dispute-resolution step you must exhaust before contacting us: email support@taketare.com and a person answers.

15. Changes

We may change these terms. A material change is dated at the top and, for anyone with an active subscription, emailed before it takes effect. The version that governs your order is the one published when the order was placed.
