1. Who ships your order
TARE is a brand of Frontier Visions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Your order is packed and shipped for us by our contract manufacturer in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Two companies, two jobs: they make and fulfil, we sell and stand behind it. Support for anything at all goes to support@taketare.com.
2. Processing time — our half of the clock
We have not begun shipping yet. Our contract manufacturer has not released the first production run, so an order placed today is queued rather than packed. We will not pretend otherwise on the page where you are deciding.
Once shipping begins, an order placed before 2pm EST on a business day is packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days; an order placed after the cut-off starts its clock on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Until then: if we cannot ship your order within thirty days of receiving it, we will email you before that deadline with a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a prompt and full refund. If you do not expressly agree to the delay, we cancel the order and refund it. That is 16 CFR §435.2 and we follow it. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
We publish our half of the clock because most stores publish only the carrier's half and let you discover the rest.
3. Delivery estimates — order to door
Every figure below is an order-to-door total, and applies once shipping begins. Our 1–2 business days of packing is already inside it. You do not add anything on. We ship within the United States only — see §5.

We print the range, not the good end of it. If a box misses its window, email us — we would rather hear about it than have you decide that is simply how it goes.
4. Shipping rates
$7.95 per shipment, United States, no minimum and no free-shipping threshold. There is one rate and it does not change with the size of your order.
One exception, stated plainly because it is what checkout will actually charge you: our creatine-containing products ship under a separate shipping profile so that we can exclude New York (§5). A cart that mixes a creatine-containing product with one that is not is quoted as two shipments — $15.90. We are not happy about it, we are working on it, and we would rather print it here than let you find it at the payment step.
The rate shown at checkout before you pay is the rate you pay. If anything on this page ever disagrees with it, the checkout figure is the one that governs and this page is the one that is wrong.
The rule underneath them does not depend on the number: we will not charge you more for shipping than it costs us to ship, and there is no order size that makes it cheaper for us and dearer for you.
5. Where we ship
We ship to United States addresses only. Where we stand on PO boxes is set at checkout.
New York. We do not ship Base Work to New York addresses, or any bundle that contains it — The Two (Under Load + Base Work) and The Recovery Standard. New York General Business Law §391-oo makes a dietary supplement that is labeled, marketed or otherwise represented for weight loss or muscle building an 18+ product in that state, and creatine is one of the substances the statute directs a court to consider. For a delivery sale it requires a shipping method where an adult signs for the box and shows government-issued photo ID at the door. Our fulfilment goes out as standard parcel, which is not that. Rather than take an order we cannot deliver the way the law requires, we do not sell those three in New York.
Under Load, Night Work and The Two Without Creatine ship to New York normally. None of the three contains creatine and none is sold for weight loss or muscle building — the statute tests how a supplement is marketed as well as what is in it, and these meet neither limb. If an adult-signature service becomes available to us, this paragraph goes away and the other three go on sale there the same day.
If a single cart mixes a New York-excluded product with one we can ship there, checkout may not be able to offer a shipping rate for that cart at all. Order the excluded item to an address outside New York, or place the two orders separately, and email support@taketare.com if you get stuck — that is our problem to solve, not yours.
6. Tracking
You receive tracking by email when your order ships. Tracking is generated by the carrier, not by us, and it can take a business day to start moving after it is issued.
7. Address errors, undeliverable and refused parcels
Check your address at checkout — we cannot change it once the order is released to fulfilment. If a carrier returns a parcel to our fulfiler as undeliverable, we reship it to a corrected address at no cost to you. If you would rather have the money back, say so and we refund instead.
8. Lost, delayed and damaged parcels
Email support@taketare.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund it — that decision is yours, not ours — and we will not ask you to open a claim with the carrier on our behalf. The freight is our contract, not yours.
This includes a parcel the carrier marks delivered that never reached you. That is our cost to absorb, not a reason to send you to the carrier.
9. Taxes
We ship within the United States only, so there are no import duties, VAT/GST or customs brokerage fees on a TARE order. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. If we ever open international shipping, this section will say so, and it will say what it costs before you can buy.
10. Product safety notices that travel with the box
Night Work carries a California Proposition 65 reproductive-harm warning, printed on the label and disclosed in full on its product page before you buy — as it is on The Two Without Creatine and The Recovery Standard, the two bundles that contain it.
